ISF Controls for Infinite Sound Possibilities
This two channel head has patented ISF control, clean and overdrive channels ranging from classic crunch to super saturated lead. The ISF control works with the Bass, Middle and Treble controls to give you access to tons of new sound possibilities. Infinitely adjust the response of the tone control network between any of the traditional voicings . Design your own sounds from scratch and finally realise the sounds that are in your head!
High Voltage Valve Design
The HT Clubs has two footswitchable channels - Clean and Overdrive. Use the gain control while you're on the Clean channel and you're able to deliver everything from a clean sound through to a crunch tone. Select the Overdrive channel and use the Gain to change from a clean sound on the edge of break up right through to a fully distorted lead tone.
Boutique and Modern to Tight and Crunchy
Set the Clean Channel in the out position and you?ll get a boutique style tone focused on middle and top end with the power amp configured like many Class A amplifiers. This mode produces pleasing levels of crunchy overdrive at higher settings of the Clean volume. In the in position the Clean Channel has a more modern sound with a greater bass response and tighter sound increased Class AB style power amplifier damping. The gain setting is also altered to keep the sound clean at higher settings of the Clean Volume control.
With the Overdrive Voice switch in the out position you?ll get a classic, tight and crunchy overdrive tone. With the switch in there?s more mid-band gain applied to the overdrive sound, more body and a smoother overdrive character, whilst power amp feedback is reduced to give a livelier, looser response. The HT Club 50 also has a fully specified speaker emulated output which is great for the studio, allowing any guitarist to get pure valve tone straight to tape or disk.
Find you Perfect Sounds
Controls on front panel of the amp head include a Reverb dial and tone controls allowing you to balance between treble and bass frequencies. At low settings the sound is warmer and darker and when set higher the tone becomes brighter. The inbuilt effects loops means you can connect effects pedals or other gear using the return and send connections. The Effects Loop Level switch sets the effects loop to either +4dBV/-10dBV, which enables you to use it with either professional equipment (+4dBV setting), or with guitar level effects such as effects pedals (-10dBV setting).
