The TOUCHBEAT+ Electronic Drum Kit is designed around one simple idea: the less you have to think about the kit, the more you can focus on playing it. That means putting the controls you actually use within easy reach, creating hardware that stays where you set it and developing a library of inspiring, authentic samples with plenty of room to make them your own.
The 7" HD touchscreen, AnchorLock Hardware System and 950 studio-grade samples all work together to make the kit feel immediate, stable and intuitive. Navigation stays quick and familiar through the Performance Hub, your setup stays where you left it and the sound library gives you plenty to explore and personalise. From the ground up, TOUCHBEAT+ is built for immersive drumming.
7" Touchscreen Module
Designed to feel more like a modern tablet than a traditional drum module, TOUCHBEAT+ keeps the controls you use most close at hand. Browse rendered kits, edit sounds, open practice tools or manage Bluetooth connectivity through the clear 7" HD touchscreen. Familiar gestures keep navigation quick and natural, with your most-used features never more than two touches away.
Studio-grade samples
Explore 950 carefully selected studio-grade samples covering acoustic, electronic, world and experimental sounds. Strike a pad to select it, shape its sample, sensitivity, pitch or mix while you play, then save the finished setup as a user kit for quick recall. Choose from 25 preset kits across a range of styles, then save your own creations to one of five user kits.
Bold, expressive kit layout
TOUCHBEAT+'s playing layout has been designed to feel comfortable and easy to understand from the moment you sit down. The balanced pad spacing helps drummers move naturally around the kit, while multi-zone drums and cymbals support advanced techniques. It's a setup that feels approachable for newer players, whilst also giving experienced drummers the space, response and flexibility they need to express themselves to the fullest.
Responsive mesh pads
A 10" dual-zone mesh snare sits alongside two 8" mesh toms and two 10" mesh floor toms, creating a spacious playing layout with plenty of room to move around the kit. Responsive mesh heads provide a comfortable stick feel, while separate head and rim zones offer expressive control across every drum.
Adjustable hi-hat feel
The 12" dual-zone hi-hat works with its pedal to cover open, half-open and closed playing. Hi-hat calibration lets you tailor the response to your playing style, helping the pedal feel more natural underfoot.
Expressive cymbal response
Two 12" dual-zone crashes join a 14" triple-zone ride, with choke functionality and 360° strike zones giving you freedom to play naturally around each cymbal. Separate bow, edge and bell zones on the ride provide extra expression across familiar cymbal techniques.
Responsive 8" kick pad
The 8" kick pad provides a generous playing surface for confident pedal placement, with support for both single and double kick pedals. Its freestanding design lets you position the pedal naturally within your setup.
AnchorLock Hardware System
TOUCHBEAT's proprietary AnchorLock Hardware System has been designed to keep your setup secure, balanced and ready to play. Keyed rack joints, anti-rotation pad locators, rack height rulers and indexed cymbal locking all work together to help the kit stay exactly where you set it.
TOUCHBEAT+ keeps the upper rack slim and visually light by building its stability into the lower frame. This gives the kit a clean, curved profile that feels planted when you play without dominating your space. Once you've found your preferred position, you can leave it set up and come back to a familiar playing layout without constantly correcting pad angles or cymbal positions.
Locked-in pad positioning
Grip sleeves give each clamp a secure surface, while anti-rotation locators physically lock the pads into position. Set your preferred playing angle and they'll resist the gradual movement that can interrupt a session.
Anti-rotation rack joints
Grooved rack tubes locate inside keyed housings, mechanically resisting the twisting that can make conventional racks feel less secure. Even before everything is fully tightened, you can feel the sections locate into position.
Repeatable rack setup
Clear ruler markings on all four legs help you level the rack and find the right height without guesswork. The setup guide provides suggested starting heights for adults and younger players, making it easier to get this important first step right.
Indexed cymbal locking
Set each cymbal's strike zone around your natural playing position, then lock it there using the indexed adjustment. Preventing unwanted rotation also stops the cable gradually wrapping itself around the cymbal arm as you play.
Practice with Purpose
TOUCHBEAT+ is designed to make regular practice simple, focused and enjoyable, whether you're developing timing, learning new parts or playing along with music. Its practice features are built directly into the touchscreen workflow, keeping useful tools close without turning the module into a wall of controls.
Bluetooth & MIDI Connectivity
Connect your phone wirelessly and play along with your favourite music through the module. USB-MIDI also lets you connect TOUCHBEAT+ to a computer to trigger compatible drum software.
Built-In Backing Tracks
Practise with backing tracks created in-house, hear the suggested drum performance, then switch it out using Drum Mute and take over the part yourself.
Built-In Metronome
Work on consistency with tempo, meter, click sound and level controls directly from the module, then keep the metronome running as you move elsewhere around the interface.
Quiet Practice, Instantly
Plug your favourite headphones into the dedicated output for private practice. Connecting them automatically mutes the line outputs, so there's no extra routing to think about.
