The Waldorf Iridium Core is a compact desktop synthesizer powered by the same advanced synthesis platform used across Waldorf's Quantum and Iridium range. Designed for sound designers, producers, and live performers, it delivers a powerful digital engine in a smaller and more portable format.

Each voice features three stereo digital oscillators, with access to wavetable, waveform, particle, resonator, and kernel synthesis modes. This gives the Iridium Core a huge range of sound design potential, from evolving pads and cinematic textures to sharp basses, complex FM-style tones, and experimental granular sounds.

The Iridium Core also includes dual digital stereo filters, six envelopes, six LFOs, a Komplex Modulator, a 40-slot modulation matrix, and a flexible effects section. Its high-resolution touchscreen, assignable controls, USB, MIDI, audio I/O, CV inputs, and microSD storage make it a powerful centrepiece for studio and performance setups.
