Solid Spruce & Flamed Maple Construction

The Ibanez AEWC300 2018 features a solid sitka spruce top that yields crisp articulation and delivers a broad dynamic range, offering a versatile sound for players of any style. Its solid sitka spruce top has a clear and loud characteristic and is able to handle light fingerpicking to more aggressive strumming patterns with ease. The versatile solid top is accompanied by flamed maple back and sides which add a sonically pleasing bright tonality. Its flamed maple body also produces great sustain with plenty of bite, bright highs, and a strong upper mid-range. Both tonewoods offer their own individual tone, but combined the tone is pleasing, rich, and able to accommodate many different genres and playing styles, but will particularly excel within the folk genres and fingerstyle techniques.

Comfortable Asymmertric Mahogany Neck & Rosewood Fingerboard

The Ibanez AEWC300 2018 features an asymmetric mahogany neck, delivering a rich and resonant warmth and providing incredible comfort. Its slightly asymmetric neck adds to guitar's natural feel and the symmetrical shape enables the neck to meet the body to create an ergonomic comfort for players as their palm slides up and down the neck. The sound captured can then be tweaked via its on-board preamp, offering a discreet side-mount located on the upper-bout, enabling players to easily achieve the right tonal balance. In addition, the preamp features an on-board tuner, providing quick and easy tuning whilst on the go or within live settings. The Ibanez AEWC300 is also equipped with a standard 1/4" jack, as well as a XLR output for plugging directly into a PA sound system.
